Refund Policy

Helping Hands Foundation is committed to transparency in every transaction. Please read our refund policy carefully before donating.

01General Policy

All donations made to Helping Hands Foundation are voluntary contributions toward dog welfare activities. As a general rule, donations are non-refundable once processed, as funds are allocated to active medical and feeding programs immediately upon receipt.

02Technical Errors

If you have been charged more than once for the same transaction due to a technical error, we will refund the duplicate amount in full. To report this, please email helpinghandsfoundation454@gmail.com with your transaction ID.

03Refund Process

Valid refund requests (for technical errors only) must be submitted within 48 hours of the donation date. Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 7-10 working days.
